I guess it is hot outside. My computer is showing 88 right now. Glad I work in air conditioned offices. Just hope it is working.
It was really nice to see the activity on the NW last night. Thanks to those who drop by all the time. It is really appreciated. Let's me know it is a work I must continue.

Cajungirl (Dana) requests prayer for her family for guidance, peace and understanding during a current family situation. Also, her sister will be undergoing surgery because her Titanium plate broke.
George - requests prayer for Geraldine. Still in lots of pain. Still regretting the surgery. Contemplating hiring a lawyer. Not much more I feel at liberty to say, due to the nature of the situation.
Gina L. - Requests prayer for Baby JJ (her great-nephew). He is undergoing a 2nd surgery Monday morning (5/17) to remove the other brain tumor. The tumor increased by 33% after 6 rounds of chemo. His full name is Jason Kyle Barberee, Jr. This is the same baby that lost his 18 year old Mom in January
Jennifer - prayer for the sale of their house in San Antonio. They are in the process of changing real estate agents, hopefully this will help the house move.
Karen the Papaya Queen asks we pray for her son and his kids. Parental rights to the children were lost. He may get custody of the girl, which would open the door to him getting the boys. The decision is under appeal.
Kris M. asks for prayer for Charlene and her family during this difficult time.
MariPW also asks for prayer for her pending move back to Texas in May.
Michelle S. - Michelle's mother started chemo on 5/21. She is suffering some normal side effects (tired and no appetite). Prayers for her as she continues in this battle. Also continue praying for her family's various other health issues.
Nina - Pray for cousin, that he be guided in the right direction with his marraige.
Tennysonkw (Kim T.) requests prayer for Kim G., who had emergency surgery on 5/19 due to bowel obstruction.
Vivian - son, Jonathan, had car broken into and several items stolen in addition to the damage to the car. Prayers while he tries to find the funds to replace the items.

Heard y'all had a great time at the Rangers game this past weekend. That's a good thing! I'm glad that you got so many of the gang together for an afternoon of fun in the sun.
Am going to be trying to keep my sanity the rest of this week, it'll be difficult with the move going on, but it's a great thing!

Guess I'll try this again. First post was "eaten" I guess.
I'm running a bit behind on the "mom" stuff tonight. Heather had to finish her SAT class tonight and "V" had her driver's ed class tonight. After she got done she took a babysitting job. Even though it was her birthday, she went ahead and babysat since we had celebrated her birthday over the weekend. With Heather having the second part of her SAT class, we couldn't have gone to dinner anyway. Of course Heather was jealous that V was going to make the money and not her. Oh well, next time she can do it.
Well, more news vans in the neighborhood today. Channel 2 news did a segment for the 10 pm news so the huge satellite was up and running. Will be glad when all this stuff winds down. Sarah was VERY nervous both this morning and this afternoon. I will just have to watch and make sure she feels safe because if she doesn't, then I will make other arrangements so she DOES feel safe. She is just 100% convinced the bad guys will be back. ugh...
Ok, I'd better get moving. Hopefully this post won't disappear on me!
