lots of liquids...at least 100 oz..
protein coffee
Atkins shake
McDonald's sf iced coffee this afternoon
chicken salad and rice crackers for lunch
beef something for dinner...Ben will cook it for me

Karla, what all do you put in your chicken salad? 

I am so sad that I can't come on Saturdays but hopefully when my schooling is done I  can attend.  I really need the support.

Holly, I'm gonna jump in here.  Everyone swears my chicken sald is to die for.  It's very simple and basic.  I use white canned chicken breast from Sam's, chopped celery and onions, 1/2 mayo, 1/2 miracle whip and dry powdered Ranch dressing (probably 1/8 cup per can of chicken).  It's the Ranch that makes it special.  I just keep adding it til it tastes right.

Thank you Stephanie.  I think I have asked for your recipe before and lost it.  I have some roasted chicken in the freezer and will make this tomorrow.

Holly, Steph's chicken salad is devine.  I've even added a few walnuts and grapes to it if I want to add variety.  The Ranch is the secret, shhhhh don't tell everyone, haha j/k.

Good morning! I wound up not working last night after all, and sat here and ate TOO many WW ice cream bars. Wouldn't have done that id had stuck to my PLAN. Today;s plan, so far:

B: This here coffee, then some cold Click

L: BBQ Chicken and veggies

S: Yogurt, with a lil protein powder (couldn;t find the greek this week)

D: If working, willl be Click, jerky and protein bar, over 12 hr period. If home, will be tortilla soup with extra beef/no chips

WILL get my water and vitamins in-it's NOT a choice. It's a DECISION I agreed to when I had WLS.

I took all my vitamins yesterday and got in almost 3 bottles of water.  I'm happy about that.  Meals and most snacks were protien forward.......minus the stress eating of chocolate. 

I'm taking it slowly and will get back to doing what I need to do.
