chicken salad and rice crackers for lunch
beef something for dinner...Ben will cook it for me

RNY revision from lapband 7/30/07...TT/BL 10/9/08 and at GOAL
Good morning! I wound up not working last night after all, and sat here and ate TOO many WW ice cream bars. Wouldn't have done that id had stuck to my PLAN. Today;s plan, so far:
B: This here coffee, then some cold Click
L: BBQ Chicken and veggies
S: Yogurt, with a lil protein powder (couldn;t find the greek this week)
D: If working, willl be Click, jerky and protein bar, over 12 hr period. If home, will be tortilla soup with extra beef/no chips
WILL get my water and vitamins in-it's NOT a choice. It's a DECISION I agreed to when I had WLS.
