That's fabulous!  I hope that once I get back home and get the weight and eating thing under control I can stay in my "bounce" range too.

You've done very well on your journey, congrats!!

Well me thinks maybe I finally broke my stall, what did it take, moving tons of furniture around to make a game room, and move our desks into the living room.  We are not done either as finally at 10pm we stopped I was tired, but I am sure between that and housework, I should be good.

I did finally lose a whole pound last week.  Which puts me back to 16 lost as I had gained two pounds, two weeks after surgery and stayed there.  Now to keep losing, I just worry as I go see the PA for my 6 week follow up and well yeah I have not really lost much, and my body is now getting to where it is not losing inches again. But protein, protein, protein.  I am actually kicking it up to almost 100 grams a day now.  So I hope I do good this week.
I have started a blog all of my own for this journey.  Please follow me at www.digitalsheep.org.

Kicking up the protein will help, and truthfully you will go through times when you won't lose weight but it's like your body is readjusting and you will be losing inches. Keep pouring down the water too, you really need lots and lots of it now. I did so many of those danged stalls the first 6 months or so, bout drove me crazy (ier??), but I got through it and so will you!!  Let us know if you need us for anything!

Hugs, Mari
