Lysine
I was just looking up Lysine for my skin breakout because I know it helps coldsores. It's interesting that it helps absorb Calcium and preserve calcium in the bone and helps metabolize fat and make Collegan and restore muscle and tissue. Has anyone taken this and or been tested for the defiecency? The signs of defeciency are nausea and fatigue and dizziness and anemia among others.. It says it also helps muscle pain and is used to treat Migraines. It's found in protein and legumes. Since we don't absorb nutrients as before surgery this maybe interesting to investigate. It says we need 30mg/kg/day They come in 500mg tabs . So if you weigh 200lb. that would be about100kg. So 3000mg./day. Just wondering?
