Last day of the weekend.

I don't have a particularly good plan today, but wt. is going down from highest, so that's okay.  I do plan on getting in my protein needed w/ 2 protein drinks and meat plus all vits/supplements and over 100 oz. liquids.

My plan:
lots of liquids
protein coffee
not really sure what I'll have for dinner or lunch yet...it's just one of those days.  Exercise will be cleaning house after SS and church.

Good morning!! Thank goodness for coffee and Click--makes breakfast so easy, and I don't have to think before my brain is able to function...

L: Going to Chris's GF's parents' house-I know the menu is BBQ, so figure I'm safe there

S: Celery, hummus, apple

L: Chicken breast/veggies. Hope to work tonight, so will have Click in my bag, to get me thru the night

Vitamins bagged up- FEW ALREADY TAKEN...Water will be my challenge today
