Marvelous May Sunday
I don't have a particularly good plan today, but wt. is going down from highest, so that's okay. I do plan on getting in my protein needed w/ 2 protein drinks and meat plus all vits/supplements and over 100 oz. liquids.
My plan:
lots of liquids
protein coffee
not really sure what I'll have for dinner or lunch yet...it's just one of those days. Exercise will be cleaning house after SS and church.
