THE NIGH****CHMAN - Sunday 5/23
Haven't talked to Geraldine in a few days. Texted her, but no responses. Will try calling her tomorrow probably.
Right now, I have to get some sleep. Gotta be at work at 9:30.
Later.
Just a reminder, you need to TAKE YOUR VITAMINS AND SUPPLEMENTS and make sure you get your daily allotment of PROTEIN.
If you are new to the board, this link explains what the NIGHT WATCHMAN is (if you are interested). Otherwise, just read on, you will probably figure it out anyway.

Other prayer requests:
Cajungirl (Dana) requests prayer for her family for guidance, peace and understanding during a current family situation. Also, her sister will be undergoing surgery because her Titanium plate broke.
George - requests prayer for Geraldine. Still in lots of pain. Still regretting the surgery. Contemplating hiring a lawyer. Not much more I feel at liberty to say, due to the nature of the situation.
Gina L. - Requests prayer for Baby JJ (her great-nephew). He is undergoing a 2nd surgery Monday morning (5/17) to remove the other brain tumor. The tumor increased by 33% after 6 rounds of chemo. His full name is Jason Kyle Barberee, Jr. This is the same baby that lost his 18 year old Mom in January
Jennifer - prayer for the sale of their house in San Antonio. They are in the process of changing real estate agents, hopefully this will help the house move.
Karen the Papaya Queen asks we pray for her son and his kids. Parental rights to the children were lost. He may get custody of the girl, which would open the door to him getting the boys. The decision is under appeal.
Kris M. asks for prayer for Charlene and her family during this difficult time.
MariPW also asks for prayer for her pending move back to Texas in May.
Michelle S. - Michelle's mother started chemo on 5/21. She is suffering some normal side effects (tired and no appetite). Prayers for her as she continues in this battle. Also continue praying for her family's various other health issues.
Nina - Pray for cousin, that he be guided in the right direction with his marraige.
Tennysonkw (Kim T.) requests prayer for Kim G., who had emergency surgery on 5/19 due to bowel obstruction.
Vivian - son, Jonathan, had car broken into and several items stolen in addition to the damage to the car. Prayers while he tries to find the funds to replace the items.
GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!
Have a great night ya'll!

Don't say anything unkind, untrue, or unnecessary.
Grief is not a sign of weakness, nor a lack of faith ...
it is the price of love.

I missed you guys! I wish I hadn't had it scheduled on this weekend...it was also a bad weekend to have it because of the recent surgery, but I made it through it and I'm still alive! LOL I'm feeling better, just sore still. But definitely up and moving!
George, will you do one more game this season? PLEASE? I wanna go!!!!! (can u detect the whining in my voice?) hehe.
<3 you guys!
I have not had problems getting people to go in the past, but I do need twenty to get the good rates. I know Sandi B is good to go whenever I have one.
I guess I could start a thread here soon with some choices and see what people want.
GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!
Well, the morning should be challenging. Sarah is really still spooked about the "bad people" being down at the house where the kid got killed. So, I'm going to see how she does and if it wigs her out too much, then I will have to make different arrangements to get her to school. The stupid bus drives RIGHT by my house ten minutes after the first stop on its way to school so I may see if they can change it to pick her up there. She's the only one who gets on at that stop in the morning but in the afternoon, two other kids get off so they wouldn't change the stop in the afternoon.
I swear, I am absolutely burned out on having to explain these not-so-normal things to my kids! First we had to cover suicide issues back in October and now murder. Sheesh! I'm mentally drained, that's for sure.
I have to get V's b-day gift today. She turns 15 today. We're only getting her one gift as her main gift was to take some of her friends to dinner. She had invited 10 but some had to cancel so she took only six. They had a really nice time and then just came back to the house and hung out here for a few hours. The kid she really likes was here so she was happy!!! He's a very nice kid and he seemed very comfortable being here too. I had already met him so it there wasn't that awkward "meeting the parents" kind of thing. When his mom and dad picked him up, I went out and said hello. They were very nice and I told them as well as the other moms who picked up their kids they were definitely welcomed anytime as they were all very nice kids! All of them take those higher AP classes so the chances of them having classes together is pretty good so they should all stay together as good friends.
Ok, another load of laundry is calling so I'd better get moving....
