I order them right from their website and have them auto- delivery.  I take the Chewable Multi-Formula High in Vitamins A,D, E & K.  Tropical Flavor.  Love them and my labs are great!!

You will find that everyone has their own particular vitamins they like I initially started on Bariatric Advantage but found it was cheaper just to buy off the shelf items. My 6 month labs were okay with exception of vitamin D. You will find that different physicians start their patients on different initial levels. I am still on the set level mine gave me before the surgery with exception I have added a additional 2000 IU of vitamin D. I did enjoy the Bariatric advantage iron and multi-vitamin, the B- complex was fine, however, I initially tried the calcium lozenges and they were the worst I rather take a pill then those. I still have Bariatric advantage multi-vitamin but I am searching for a good alternative from  several sources such as GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, HEB, Wal-mart, Whole foods, Walgreens, and CVS. You just have to find brands you like at a price you are willing to pay. My reason for going with bariatric Advantage was that is what the hospital dietician recommends and sells. Plus,I did not have a lot of time fromthe time I first started with my surgeon to the day I had my surgery. So, I did not have a lot of time to do the research you are doing now. The important thing is you take your vitamins daily and have you labs done.

Nutrtion Depot  on Holcombe just west of Fannin in  the Medical Center next to Amegy Bank across the street from Kentucky Fried Chicken On the south side of the street. He has just about all of the supplements and shakes for Bariatric patients. He has the Celebrate Brand  of chewables and alot more Vitamins and supplements. He really works with you and will try to get anything you are looking for at a cutrate price. Alot of people like the Celebrate brand which is less gritty calcium than the Bariatric Advantage.
