What's your plan for your Thursday? Do you have any kind of plan at all?
My plan:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.

Mexican food for lunch...eating out in Huntsville
tilapia or flounder for dinner

I feel like a failure this AM. I know better than letting things get to me. I tried the 5 day pouch test yesterday and failed miserably at it last night. Seems like lately I am not doing anything right. OK enough stinking thinking !!! Today I am going to do great. I am going to pick myself up....dust myself off and start over. I didn't gain today but didn't loose either. SO here goes. Not sure what my plans are but I am starting the pouch test over today. I am going to try to start posting here daily. Maybe that will help me out. I appreciate you doing this even though I rarely ever post here.

Worked last night on 3 hrs sleep, but still managed to NOT eat CRAP..drank GALLONS of water, I think..all vitamins in...exercised while pt slept (thank goodness he was in a coma and couldn't see me try to do lunges)..haven't had any "real" food yet today...just Click amd Low Carb Monster (no-not mixed together-I'm not THAT sleep deprived YET)-have Dr appt with Chris at 3:30, then plan to have STEAK...and sleep....will eat better these next 3 days off...I promise
