Good morning..night..whatever...just got home from overnight hospice case...my relief was late..pt was a stinker..he was a "hitter", but luckily his aim wasn't too swift...I'm too tired to breathe, but less eat...I'm gonna choke down some protein pudding and put my carcass to bed. I know there is are chicken breasts/veggies in the fridge (already cooked) for later...had 2 protein bars and 2 Low Carb Monsters during my shift last night-and a whole lotta water...Did squats, lunges and push ups at the bedside-glad nobody walked in (it was at a nursing home)...Will do my best to get some cardio in before I go to work tonight, if I get a case scheduled.
