We'll be serving up red beans & rice, boudin, gumbo, and - of course - crawfish. Other cajun delicacies are also available for everyone to enjoy, and for those who don't like crawfish (don't like crawfish?!!), there will be hamburgers, corndogs, and plenty of German sausage - what Fredericksburg is known for.
Food and fun for all ages are available. The festival will offer a children's area for kids of all ages, and arts & crafts will be there for your shopping pleasure.
