Wow...already the 3rd Monday in May...hard to believe.  2 more to go!Do you have a plan?  Make it and stick to it!

My plan:

lots of liquids
protein coffee
Atkins shake
chef salad for lunch
Mexican chicken breasts for dinner
trail mix for snack

Good morning!  My weight is right where I want it to be this morning so that is a great start to my week!  Have a doctors appt. this morning and will be getting labs done... a bit worried since I'm not the best about taking my vitamins!

-Grilled chicken wrap

- Turkey sandwich

- Hot dog or soup.

It's a typical Monday.   We cooked all weekend so there's mucho food in the fridge, I haven't even tried to decide what to have today. But I know everything in there is good stuff so it doesn't matter which order I eat it in!  This is just a probablity...

Pre-B...hot chai tea....done
B....cotttage cheese w/cookie dough and coconut SF syrup
L.....spaghettie squash, diced grilled shrimp, Ragu light Alfredo sauce (YUM-O..whole thing only 111 cal.)
S....something 'proteiny' after PT
D....grilled chicken and/or shrimp, sweet potato, green beans
S....Fage cheesecake yogurt
LNS...if protein needed....chai tea

Well, back from vacation and getting the week started off well foodwise...   Just came back from the grocery store with lot's of goodies for the week.  Have to get a couple lbs off from vacation!  You know how that is.

Personally having a terrible day as I have to take my kitty to the vet in a few minutes to have her put to sleep.  Long story, but age, combined with altered mental state from a recent surgery has forced our hands on this issue.   I've been crying off/on today and just feel like a murderer since it is my decision to do it.  While I know it's the best thing in my heart, I can't help but grieve...

Hope everyone has a much better day than I will...  And best wishes for a great week too.
