I usually don't plan on the weekend because I am always running around doing errands and such...I know, I know....bad idea not to plan.....but I just make sure to pick healthy things while I am out.

Gotta be extra good today cuz tomorrow I have my nephew's birthday party and I KNOW there will be lots of good tastin stuff that is sooooo bad for me. LOL
Looks like none of really have eating "plans" today..lol..my "day" is pretty upside down, with a night hospice ase tonight, so I have to make my food allotment last. For sure so far, I know:

D; Will pack extra chicken breast/veggies/Click/jerky in my work bag
