Here we are at another challenging weekend.  I don't know where I'm eating lunch or what time I'll be home for dinner so I don't have the best of plans, but I will drink 2 protein drinks and get in at least 100 oz. of fluids.  I've already downed the majority of vits/supplements for today and have one protein drink almost complete.

What's your plan for today?

Good Morning ladies! Can't wait to see you in a few hours.

I usually don't plan on the weekend because I am always running around doing errands and such...I know, I know....bad idea not to plan.....but I just make sure to pick healthy things while I am out.

D: grilled turkey burger in a lettuce wrap w/ all the veggies

Gotta be extra good today cuz tomorrow I have my nephew's birthday party and I KNOW there will be lots of good tastin stuff that is sooooo bad for me. LOL

Looks like none of really have eating "plans" today..lol..my "day" is pretty upside down, with a night hospice ase tonight, so I have to make my food allotment last. For sure so far, I know:

B: Click (that one was easy)

S: yogurt/apple

L: at some point: chicken breast/veggies

D; Will pack extra chicken breast/veggies/Click/jerky in my work bag

Lots of water, of course..and of yea--and my vitamins!!!!
