WTH SUNDAY - ME RUNNING THE TRAIN ? SUNDAY EXPRESS
Good morning-almost afternoon! We've had a lazy lazy morning. I didn't get out of bed until 8:30! I have a knot in my left shoulder/side and the whole area needs a massage. It hurts. So I'm taking it easy today. Not sure what I did to hurt it. I should go to massage envy today.
We decided to do our laundry and grocery shopping during the week so we could enjoy more relaxing time on the weekend. This is our first week doing that, so we'll see how that works.
I am praying for John and Sherry and Sharyn on their loss. I am praying for healing for Becky's son Jeff and for Meggie. I keep everyone in the group in prayers, whether you like it or not!
Have a great day today!

Afternoon all -
Jumping on this train wishing it was really headed somewhere. But since it's not, I guess I'll be heading to DC again this afternoon. I've been told this will be the last week I'll be there on this particular project, but I may be called back to work on another project there. I just go where they tell me, like it or leave it - and I sure can't afford to leave it.
Went out to run a few errands and pick up some lunch. Decided I wanted some meatloaf from Boston Market. Stood in line 20 minutes just to find out they were out and it would be 30 minutes before it was ready with 3 other people ahead of me waiting....geez, you'd think they might plan for the Sunday after church rush?!!!
King has an appt. with a general surgeon tomorrow to see about getting his abdominal hernia repaired. He's since decided he wants to talk to Dr. Meyers about repairing the hernia AND doing a gastric sleeve at the same time. I was pretty shocked when he suggested it - but so happy he's considering it. I hope that Dr. Meyers will be able to somehow work in the sleeve while repairing the hernia so that our insurance would pickup most of the charges (anesthia, pre-ops testing, etc) and we would just have to pay a bit extra for the actual sleeve surgery. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed. A lot of it depends on how quickly the hernia needs to be repaired, it seems to be causing him some pain, but he's a wimp! LOL
My sisters are returning from their Alaskan cruise today. I was hoping to meet them at the airport to get the low down, but their arrival and my depature times are too close, so I don't think I'll get to meet them as they deplane as I had hoped.
We're counting down the days until September and the cruise over here. I'm ready for sun, fun and friends - with no worries to interrupt any of the three.
Suppose I should start to think about getting ready to head out for the week. Should be home Thursday night and hopefully for at least a week without a flight in sight.
