Hey you!!!  Well I am finding that out now!!  Bought me a pill box to make sure I take my meds and vits on a daily basis.  I hope to see you too!!!!  I too, am glad I got a fill, and think I will go at the beginning of the month to get hat I have remaining left to fill.  Got to get with the program!!!

Hear you girl - no support here but I have my friends from tx and they keep me going- I keep saying I need to find the group that meets here but I haven't made it so far - maybe next month after I meet with the wls nut (not the crazy lady that made me crazy)

Oh Danni!!

I miss those those times believe you me!!!  My mom asked about you and Debbi the other day!   I have scheduled another appt for next month for the remainder of what is left to fill in my band.
Maybe I am just too STRESSED about the weight I gained.

I honestly have to say that I think the reason I have gained 30 pounds from my lowest (and desired) weight - it that I have not been doing the support group thing. while I am on OH a lot - it is not on a forum that is supportive about falling off track, etc.
Going to go back and read all the literature my doctor gave me in the beginning and start "again".

I agree wholeheartedly about goign back to the basics!! It's instrumental!!

Stranger things have happened??? Other than me posting on here since who knows when? 
I hear everything you have to say and am ashamed of myself because I have a rockin support group right here and have lapsed with all my other lives dramas.  Excuses they are!
I need everyone on here and know you are all here for a reason in my life so with that said, I'm trying to reach out more and be available.  Being a single mom now with two boys who don't want to do anything "support group related" is my largest challenge but I've got to find a way....hire a sitter, etc....I miss you Nina and hope to see you soon....

I so remember those days of being a single mom w/ two boys. One thing you might consider doing, that I used to do a lot back then, is to trade off sitting. Maybe one support group meeting you wathc someone elses kids and the next meeting you watch their's?
(My boys are now 30 and almost 21.....I sure do miss the days when they were little though!)
