It is an easy thing to MAKE a plan...the hard part is STICKING to it! I know I struggle with this on a daily basis.  I don't always eat exactly as I plan for various reasons...sometimes just dumb choices!  We all are going to do that at times.  Try to make GOOD choices way more than you make BAD ones.

My plan for today:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee
Sausage biscuit minus 1/2 the biscuit for breakfast
poppyseed chicken for lunch
tilapia and veggie or beans for dinner

I have my monthly Keno game tonight, and don't now what the hostess is serving so I need to plan on keeping my day fairly light

My plan for today:

liquids...........

B - Breakfast bacon burrito

Lunch: leftover steak, and spinich, baked sweet potato..

Dinner: Not sure yet.......leftovers of the leftovers probably....

  • As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain.  Not happy about that.

i'll keep it to a minimum.  seems best these days.

Back on track starting yesterday. Down almost 3 pounds from yesterday morning

Walked 2 miles this morning. Might do it again tonight.
