Back to a routine week day.  Make a plan and stick to it!

My plan:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee almost downed
McDonalds SF iced vanilla coffee
lunch: jalapeno pie (no crust on it just cheese/egg/jalapenos)
dinner: baked flounder and veggie or beans

I already rode my bike for 31 minutes this morning.

What's your plan?

Good morning!!  Walked/ran 3 miles yesterday... hope it starts to get easier soon!  My plan is to go to the gym at least 2 times this week and then run/walk outside 2 times.

CRAP - officially the most regain since surgery. Yeah, i'm loving it. But I deserve every ounce allowing myself to even try all the stuff that kept me fat for decades.  So the plan

Lots of protein in the form of shakes and steak (think they have a fast food place by that name! lol)

tonight I get into the veggies my mom sent along. I have no weekend plans until Memorial Day so I have no excuse to go off track. 

And then there's that thing called exercise which I must must must try it out.

Newbies, if  you read this.. DONT START the CRAP  eating .. it's not worth the trouble.

Good morning! Boot camp is done-Today was cardio and running-thought my chest was gonna explode....crap....

Pre-B: Coffee/Water

L: Have chicken breast pre-cooked in fridge/veggies

D: Pineapple chicken a friend of mine makes

S: Protien puddin

Vitamins are in their baggie-ready to go-Water bottle is ready

WooHoo!!!!  I have figured out this whole plan thing... I have learned that if I just have a plan... I will not stick to it.  I usually make a plan... but when the time comes, I buy something other than what I had planned.  I am going to start BRINGING my lunch to work.  That way, I have to stick to my plan... because it is in the fridge. So....

Today's Plan

At least 100 oz non caffiene liquids

B- WC Oatmeal

L- Southwest Salad

D- Ham Sandwich.

Snack... pepper jack cheese, wheat thins, and/or fruit.

Before posting my day's plans I must say.....WOOHOO for The Covey Restaurant in Fort Worth. Yesterday they had a Mother's day Brunch for $34.95. Very nice selection of dishes. However with my 3.5 month out RNY inerds I didn't want to partake in nearly any of the brunch lines. So I whipped out my 'eating card' received at the hospital where I had surgery and they ONLY charged me the Child's plate price of $12.95. They didn't even want to see the card he believed me in my explaining it to him. So I had 1 slice of Prime Rib, 2 bites of smoked salmon and a couple of cheese pieces.
Anyhow, here's today's plan even though dinner plan may change.

B: Oatmeal with protein powder
L: Oatmeal with protein powder
S: Small bag of beef jerky
D: Shepard's pie homemade since we didn't make it this weekend

A PLAN.?   A PLAN?   OH MY - YOU MEAN I'M SUPPOSE TO STICK TO THE PLAN?   UMMMM
   Its gotta get better........

Here is my plan for today:

Lots of liquids............

B - Green tea from Starbuck -  used sweetner..............
B - Slimfast - low carb  Chocolate shake ( at first wake up -  ...630ish)
B - 8:30am...  Braums bacon buritto -  w/ bacon.........and cheese....( didn't eat the tortilla)....eggs, pico, bacon, jack cheese...)  - I think...

sn - we'll see - may not need anything...pretty full 
10:00 -  gonna go down and hit the excercise bike or walk for 15 min breaktime....
BECKY - WE CAN DO THIS EXCERCISE THING........I'VE GOTTA START TODAY...
L - Lasagna -  more meat & cheeses than noodles.....I think my whole pan only had in about 6 pcs of noodles....

Late night snack - if feel the need:      Slim fast Low Carb shake  (20 g protein)
SF PEACHES
NSA APPLESAUCE
APPLES & CARMEL (100 CAL PKG)
CHEESE STICKS.

  • As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain.  Not happy about that.
