Morning Mom's and everyone!

What's everyones plan for this special day? Does it involve Mom's Day Brunchs or stay at home grilling? Enjoy your Day Mom's...you deserve to be treated well ALL DAYS OF THE YEAR!!

B: 1/2 Buisquick Waffle (Bread and I don't quite agree with each other yet..however I only make them twice a year.)
L: Mom's Day Brunch with Grandmother and Mom at The Covey
Beef Medallions Topped with Portabella Mushrooms sounds good to me at the moment. I'm going to ask them if I can get the child's size because of my surgery. Yes I do have a card that says that I've had surgery
D: Oatmeal with Protein Powder to try and get 1/2 way to goal on this special day.

I'm up but not quite at 'em this morning yet.  I haven't thoroughly planned out my day of eating yet.

Plan so far:
lots of liquids
drinking my protein coffee now
Atkins shake at some pt.
lunch isn't planned nor dinner...maybe Ben will cook one meal for me!

Good morning!  Kids surprised me this morning with some wonderful gifts they made at school and now I'm enjoying my click with some SF English Toffee Torani syrup!!  YUM!  Almost better then a Starbucks!  Going to go work out in a bit and then maybe a little shopping on the way home!!! Looking for a few sundresses to replace those from last year that don't fit anymore!
