A tempting weekend  is here again!  I have a day full of bridal showers and parties so I know I won't be on a rigid eating regime.  I will get in at least 100 oz. of liquids.  I'm drinking my protein coffee right now and will drink another protein drink later in the day.  The party I'm helping with tonight is Mexican theme and there is some good protein only choices.

What's your plan?

I don't have any food plans today but I'm going to work on a plan for this week.  The scale at the dr. office made me do this .  It's time for some serious changes.  I might do the 5DPT come Monday because I'm eating Mother's Day food at my Mama's tomorrow.

I am super vulnerable to getting way off track. I will try to behave but I'm headed to Shiner for lunch and probably out to eat this evening at the best mexican food place in the world.  So who knows.

I am with Dana, need to plan for next week.

Not much of a plan for me either yet.... got up early and went to Walmart and HEB.... started some laundry and I'm off in a few minutes to a lapband support group at Starbucks.  So I'm sure I will have something light there but no idea about the rest of the day.....

I know 100% that I'm a stress/emotional eater because when I'm at work I could eat all day.... when I'm home I forget to eat!!!!

Today should be a regular day for me, Beast is working and I'm playing in my sewing room. The alarm will let me know when to eat, cuz I'll get busy and forget.

Oatmeal with protein powder....

Chris - how do you mix it...oatmeal is usually HOT - doesn't it clump up on ya?

Do you pre-mix with a little water to dissolve it first - or what  - I'm trying to find ways to add more protein to my diet cuz I know that I'm not getting enough protein

I have never particuarly lived watery oatmeal. Yet I now make it a little watery so that the protein gets mixed well. Or if I don't make i****ery...I add a little mil****il all the clumps are gone with the mixing in the powder. Good luck!
