Many of you read my post last week and responded to me with prayers and good thoughts.

I just received my lab results back from all the lab work that the Neuro Optamologist requested that my PCP run. I would appreciate any input you might have as to whether or not I'm where I should be or not.  I meet with the Neuro Optamologist and the Brain Neuro Surgeon again on the 20th where these labs will be discussed i'm sure.  My question is "Are vitamin deficiencies the cause of the Optic Nerve damage I have?"  Guess I will find out soon, and I hope my situation can prevent others from this same trouble.

LAB Results:

Thank for your help and support :)

I don't know much about levels. Yet I do see some off values. I don't know how much you can trust what I know though.

I D 25 OH Total was 20 (normal on my lab sheet was 30-100) and when I asked the 'vitamin guru' Andrea on Facebook here was her answer to me....."D is BAD. You can't get enough from sun. Order D3-50 from Michelle. Take 1x a day for 30 days. Have a redraw. Or if you want to wait the 90 days, take 1x day for 30 days, then 1 every other day for 60 days and redraw."

On my lab sheet the normal B-1 level  is 38-122
I didn't have A, B2, K1 or C drawn (LOL I just noticed that)
My question to Andrea about my 750 B12 (normal on the sheet was 250-1100) but I had heard that over 1000 was better and she answered..."We like them no lower than 500, and I like them no higher than 2000. Min 1000. But 750 isn't horrible."

So other then what I put I'm sorry I can't help.

Carrie can you give me some ranges.  Your Vitamin D is LOW and your B-12 is TOO LOW IMO.  I need ranges on the A, B1, B2, K, C and folate.
