Sorry being late starting this morning but am off today and slept in!

My plan for the day:

lots of liquids...at least100 oz.
protein coffee already downed
McDonald's sf iced coffee at some pt.
another protein drink
chef salad for lunch
steak and veggie for dinner

What's your plan for accountability?

This planning thing is really hard for me.  I am a spur of the moment gal, but I am TRYING.  I have found myself emotionally eating a LOT lately.  Starting today... Instead of putting foods in... I am going to put liquids in.  I have a problem with dehydration... maybe that will help.

I have a cold still... so my food is going to be based around that.

Today's plan...

Lots of liquids AT LEAST 100oz.

I'm just the opposite...when I try to wing it I don't get what I need. I guess I'm still eating by the clock more than by when I get hungry because if I'm not following a daily plan I'll forget to eat. Then I'm suddenly starving and will eat the first thing I can find.There's not alot of bad choices in the house but I can OD on almonds and avocados!

So I'm back to planning my day and following my time schedule as much as possible. I've also been cooking so there are things in the 'fridge and freezer that are quick to nuke. SW chicken, taco soup, pinito beans, pre-cooked seasoned gound turkey, grilled chicken, etc. Now I almost have too many choices!  LOL!

B....cottage cheese
L....SW chicken
D....grilled chicken salad

OK I was thinking that since I was new this week posting I couldn't be the one to start it early this morning. So I wrote down my plan on a piece of paper and decided to look this afternoon to see if I could post it.

i'm here and working it.  didn't pack last night but I did get it all together for today.  My eating will be much better than the free for all I had yesterday.

Had a crappy day...could have used numerous "excuses" to get off my plan..but I didn't. I had packed lunch, then the boss had a cook out to kick off Nurses's week. I was going to skip the cook out-had sooooo much work to do and wasn't feeling particularly socialable, but the boss brought grilled chicken in to my desk..what a guy.I told him a few weeks ago not to "worry" until I start getting "quiet"...and I've been pretty "quiet" this week....guess it's scaring him..lol...i tried TO EAT THE CHICKEN..really I did..but it was raw inside..ewww....He didn;t see me throw it away. I ate my pre-packed lunch.
