My plan for the day:
lots of liquids...at least100 oz.
protein coffee already downed
McDonald's sf iced coffee at some pt.
another protein drink
chef salad for lunch
steak and veggie for dinner

So I'm back to planning my day and following my time schedule as much as possible. I've also been cooking so there are things in the 'fridge and freezer that are quick to nuke. SW chicken, taco soup, pinito beans, pre-cooked seasoned gound turkey, grilled chicken, etc. Now I almost have too many choices! LOL!

Had a crappy day...could have used numerous "excuses" to get off my plan..but I didn't. I had packed lunch, then the boss had a cook out to kick off Nurses's week. I was going to skip the cook out-had sooooo much work to do and wasn't feeling particularly socialable, but the boss brought grilled chicken in to my desk..what a guy.I told him a few weeks ago not to "worry" until I start getting "quiet"...and I've been pretty "quiet" this week....guess it's scaring him..lol...i tried TO EAT THE CHICKEN..really I did..but it was raw inside..ewww....He didn;t see me throw it away. I ate my pre-packed lunch.
