Here we are right smack dab in the middle of the week.  How is your week going?  What's your plan for today?

I did well with myplan yesterday.  Here's my plan for today:
lots of liquids
protein coffee being downed
bagel thin w/ lt. cream cheese and ham
jalapeno/cheese stuffed chicken breast or chicken chowder for lunch
leftover Mexican casserole for dinner and a stuffed jalapeno
Atkins shake

Looks like everybody's been doing a good job planning!

not sure on lunch, not sure where I will be

Good morning!  So glad I sit down each night before I go to bed and plan my day on fitday.... sure makes it easy to pack my lunch in the morning!!!

Hmmm...Protein drink (no surprise there)...lunch-fajitas at Clay's work...dinner leftover sirloin steak and salad...HIGH PROTEIN DAY~WOOHOO. Plus I'm sure there will be a bite or two of chocolate in there somewhere.

Good morning everyone! My plan for yesterday did not go according to what I wrote down except for Dinner. Oh well I will try and remain accurate to what I write more.

B Oatmeal with Protein Powder
S 70Cal 13g protein bag of Beef Jerky--my new best friend
L Soup o the day at Plaza, maybe with another bag of jerky
S Protein Shake
D Rest of Stuffed pepper from last night
S Protein Shake if numbers don't add up but it looks like they might so... sf pudding

Already had 60+ oz tea so I'm sure no worries with fluids.
