Marvelous May Tuesday
I know for me I'm generally planning and accountable each day...it's the sticking strictly to the plan that's the hardest.
My plan:
lots of liquids...100 oz. or more
protein coffee already downed
Atkins shake
maybe sf McDonald's iced coffee this afternoon
chef salad for lunch
tilapia and spinach for dinner
I rode my bike for exercise and took most of my vits/supplements already.

Morning all,
B= just poored my first cup of coffee... So waiting on my Click shipment. It is due tomorrow
L= tilapia w/mixed veggies (leftovers from dinner last night)
D= not sure yet - it is BYO movie night at church. Thinking about a tuna sub
plan to get in water today. This will have to be purposeful..

So I've got some SW chicken in the crockpot and will make an extra effort to eat on schedule and real meal food.
