How is your planning going?  Are you accountable?  Are you sticking to your plan?

I know for me I'm generally planning and accountable each day...it's the sticking strictly to the plan that's the hardest.

My plan:
lots of liquids...100 oz. or more
protein coffee already downed
Atkins shake
maybe sf McDonald's iced coffee this afternoon
chef salad for lunch
tilapia and spinach for dinner

I rode my bike for exercise and took most of my vits/supplements already.

Good morning!  I've had a grouchy pouch the past few nights due to allergies I think so I haven't slept much... going to take it easy on the pouch today and do mostly liquids with the exception of a piece of fish and maybe a protein bar...

Morning all,

B= just poored my first cup of coffee...   So waiting on my Click shipment.  It is due tomorrow

L= tilapia w/mixed veggies  (leftovers from dinner last night)

D= not sure yet  -   it is BYO movie night at church.  Thinking about a tuna sub

plan to get in water today.  This will have to be purposeful..

I got off schedule last Thursday and haven't logged anything regularly since then. Plus I've been so busy I haven't had time to cook things for lunches and such, so between those two my meals have been willy nilly. Even though I typew out a plan here every morning, I haven't been following thru! And entirely too many of the Cocoa covered almonds! Those things are EVIL good!!! Today is offical weigh in day and according to my scale here at home I didn't lose anything. That's only the second time that's happen since surgery. I really think it's from not eating enough this week, a cheese stick here, some jerky there, a handful of almonds...I just don't think that's enough.

So I've got some SW chicken in the crockpot and will make an extra effort to eat on schedule and real meal food.

Gina....I feel like I've been to your boot camp! I've been taking physical therapy for the arthritis in my knees and right hip and my therapist has decided most of my problem is a strength/flexibility problem moreso than arthritis. So she's been running me through the ringer the last few weeks. last week we started 'Aqua Therapy'...just think water aerobics on steroids! But I love it! After an hour in that ho****er pool, her massaging the muscles over my hips, and all the core and arm stuff...my body feels like a noodle when I leave there.
