WOOOOOHOOOO for Tuesday!  I can say that now since my endorphin high is kickin' like chicken but I TOTALLY didn't want to get out of bed this morning! LOL  I think I need a mini-vacation from work... maybe a long weekend somewhere relaxing.... I'll have to get on that, right after I get all the stuff on my desk done.... LOL

Prayers are going up for all that need them!

Good Morning! Great song Karen. I totally overslept yesterday morning- hate it when that happens. I am tired this morning but up and moving.

Not much going on here-same old same old stuff. Bryan is taking me away overnight on Saturday so that's good. Its been away since we've gone somewhere alone. Chris will stay at the grandparents.

Good morning, FAMILY. I got up at 03:30 today..no idea WHY..now I'd like to take a nap..but that SO can't happen...crap...out the door in a few minutes for boot camp, then straight to a long day at the circus. We will have 3 days of "State Inspectors" doing training in our nursing home. Doesn't that sounds like LOADS of fun???? My normal Medicare caseload is 14-15. When I left last night I had 27-with 2 more admissions pending...it's so nice to be needed...and to be the only one who knows how to do what I do...I get to act *****y and ignorant and they have to put up with me...I heard the boss told my co-workers (jokingly???) to keep ME away from the State Inspectors...hmmmm.....

Not much else happening in my world right now-not time for much else. Everyone is pretty healthy. Corbin is still coughing a little, but I think his pneumonia is resolved. Chris's wound is almost healed-he goes back to the surgeon tomorrow-I'm thinking maybe 2 more weeks of dressing changes

We got our passports last week-WOOHOO!!!! Now I've gotta humpbutt and get that cruise balance paid off..

Okay..time to pack lunch and get out the door..Hope everyone has a TOTALLY TERRIFIC TUESDAY--or at least a better one than the peeps around me will probably have...lol

Karen I'm off to buy this Papaya Enzyme stuff today since it sounds like an awesome idea. I also have my mind set on Papayas as well so I guess it's central market time.
Gina, my mother used to be one of those 'state inspectors' at nursing homes and she had some way interesting stories to tell. Good luck your nursing home!

Yesterday's Rehab doc was sort of a let down. I was hoping to see what kind of brace would be close to fitting on my knee but he said that my leg is still way too large, espically above the knee. He also said that getting rehab (to teach me to walk) before some kind of knee surgery would be counter preductive since I would not be walking 'correctly' without the knee having some stability to it. He however told me that as long as I can get used to the cane again I can use it as much as I like. So I guess that's next. Who knows, maybe RNS this Saturday without the wheelchair.

thanks for the welcome back.. PT was really painful.. which im sure it was supposed to be lol. Neck is really killling me now, been icing it and all that jazz.  Im sure it was till be much better soon. 
Definately get you some papaya enzymes! I cant believe you didtn know about them. I would have never made it these last 4 years without them. I have my mom take them as well and she's not a surgery patient lol.  They do help!!!
Well interesting about yoru docs info, but would love to see you at RNS with a cane!!!!! Just sayin!!!
