Hello everyone.  A wonderful weekend.  My Rangers are in first place.  All is right with the world.

Not much going on in my world.  Had to get up early because of a dentist appointment.

Gotta go get my foodstuff together for the day.

Later

Just a reminder, you need to TAKE YOUR VITAMINS  AND SUPPLEMENTS and make sure you get your daily allotment of PROTEIN.

If you are new to the board, this link explains what the NIGHT WATCHMAN is (if you are interested).  Otherwise, just read on, you will probably figure it out anyway.

Prayer requests are listed below:

Continue to keep your thoughts and prayers for the members of our Armed Forces serving around the world, especially during this time of increased awareness.  Please thank God for these men and women every day.  In addition, please keep the wives and family members in your thoughts.

PEOPLE SEEKING EMPLOYMENT: Pray not just for employment, but also that they adjust to the stress the lack of employment brings.

MariPW

Other prayer requests:

Denise asks for prayer for her ex-husband Kenneth and his wife Sherry as they travel to Vegas for the weekend (4/30-5/2) .

Jennifer - prayer for the sale of their house in San Antonio.  They are in the process of changing real estate agents, hopefully this will help the house move.

Karen the Papaya Queen asks we pray for her son and his kids.  Parental rights to the children were lost.  He may get custody of the girl, which would open the door to  him getting the boys.  The decision is under appeal.

Kat (Iwannabethinnow) requests prayer for her friend with breast cancer.

Kris M. asks for prayer for Charlene and her family during this difficult time.

MariPW also asks for prayer for her pending move back to Texas in May.

Michelle S. - Michelle's mother has been diagnosed with cancer, is getting radiation and will soon be making a decision about chemotherapy.  Also continue praying for her family's various other health issues.

Nina - Pray for cousin, that he be guided in the right direction with his marraige.

Tennysonkw (Kim T.) asks for prayers for Carrie (ccagle). She has a brain tumor that they are going to have to remove.  She is also having blurred vision.  They are running tests, but think that it is due to vitamin deficiency.  The day that she found out about the brain tumor, her husband lost his jobs

Vivian - Niece, Tressa is a severe diabetic.  Now has kidney failure also.   Another niece, Kim, is trying to decide which WLS to have.    She needs prayers also that she will make the right decision for herself that she will loose the much needed weight so she will be free from her diabetes ( doesn't run in her family ).

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!

Hey George,

Nice to see everything is going well in your world.  I am fighting a cold, so I have been drinking a lot of vitamin C.  I had a good weekend.  I got to hang out with a good friend.

I hope your dentist appointment goes well... I always hate those appointments.

Have a good week.

I couldn't remember what the appointment was for.  Ends up it was my semi-annual cleaning.  Which takes no time at all since I only have 7 teeth.  The rest are dentures.

It is a compliment to be needed so much by your job.  But it is also a pain in the buttocks.

I am going through it at my part time job.  I supervise.  Friday, I took off at 8:15 because I wanted to be home to watch the Rangers game (I know, a silly reason.  But you know me and probably understand).  I go in today and wa**** by two people complaining that one of the old timers took 2 calls in the 45 minutes left.  She just shot the breeze with the guy who sat in my seat.  And to think he gets paid extra to sit there when I am not in.  Now we are going to have a meeting with him Thursday, to again explain what we expect of him.

Hey George...
I'm actually looking forward to being at the game on Sat night with some friends. We are up in the 240's somewhere. That'll be good after this long work week. I started my "house to house" visits for the Census yesterday, so the walking will increase **YAY**

Went to Aldi's tonight to get my frozen fruit (lucky I got the last bag of the stuff I like) and a few other groceries. Was coming home and noticed someone up by my door and my neighbor's door (she was downstairs at the same time) so we were kinda ummm iffy as to going up without finding out who he was. The guy was going door to door selling "auto services" (oil changes, repairs, ac check and svc, etc.) The special he was offering was $80 and you got 5 oil changes (bonus)for that plus a ton of other "freebies" and they are good for a year. The shop is right down the street from my work (another bonus). To top it off he gave us a smokin deal if BOTH myself and my neighbor did it... 2 certificates (all same services 5 oil changes each etc...) for ONE. And we could post date a check for 2 weeks and start using the service tomorrow! OK so I couldn't resist and neither could she! SOLD! Close to $1000 of services for a whopppppin $44 including tax!!! Sure am glad it rained so that I wasn't out doing my Census work tonight!

Happy Monday!

Give me a call when you are at the game.  I will be in 341, 2nd row.  So I will probably be able to look over the railing and see you.  If you get there long enough before game time, I may just roam on down there to see you. (May?  Like I would pass up a chance to see ya.)
