Monday Monday WLS Express!
Good afternoon TMB Train Riders...
I am thinking that I have just been a reader of everyone's stories for far too long and I will hopefully chime in as well and often.
Karen thanks for the songs (even though I often have to look them up and listen to them as well) and now I really want to know where you got the Papaya queen title? I really used to love papaya's when I was in high school but haven't had even one in 10+ years.
Gina I have been really inspired by your bootcamp exercise thing and I wish to be that active in exercise continously even 8 years out. I hope the knee is on the continuing mend and can't wait to see you again at RNS.
Karla...look look I started being 'accountable' today thanks to your's and Gina's constent encouragement.
Deltapearl I would like to be another person to welcome you to the loser's bench with the rest of us and hang in there. WOOT on the new couch and recliner purchase!
Gina L Yikes I have that you are feeling bad and I hope you are over it soon.
Debbi thanks for telling us about the nice peaceful weekend, it sounded great.
Rachel I hope you will be ok and the upcoming EGD will show something minor.
Tracey I think I agree with you that the cat may have a reason for being upset. Woohoo with you being that awesome an animal person.
I have a couple of big things going on this week starting this afternoon I am getting a visit to a new PT doctor. Hopefully he will be able to now fit me in a knee brace and I can get the A.OK to start using a cane again. Boy won't that be interesting to put up the wheelchair most of the time when out and about! Then this Friday I have my 3 month checkup with Dr. Green. I already have my lab results back and all that is out of whack is Iron binding capacity(not new in any way) and Vitamin D. So I bought some Vit. D this weekend since the calcium with D I suppose wasn't enough. My Hemoglobin is up but that is not unexpected since the blood transfusion 3 weeks ago will make it look like a lovely number for awhile.
I will post again..I will post again..I will post again

LOL, I gave myself that title.... I am big proponent of using Papaya Enzymes for the foamies, stuck food, that 'oh I ate too much' feeling, even heartburn and indigestion.... Even my extended family uses them instead of rolaids or tums.....
They're all natural, chewable, available in most vitamin sections of any store and a heck of a lot better tasting than the meat tenderizer my nut tried to get me to use... LOL

This is sort of a repeat to what I posted for accountability.....
I always have typical Slug Mondays.... Here it is 4 o:clock and I'm just now getting functional for the day! I am so sore today, feel like I've been beaten with a stick...a BIG one. We spent most of yesterday at the lake, I got in 3 dives...woohoo! But all that walking in full gear back and forth to the dock, really took it's toll on my knees and hip, 'specially my hip. I could hardly bend over to get my drawers on this morning! So my breakfast included a couple of Rapid Release Tylenol!
The weather here has been just beautiful yesterday and today. It's 90º already! Everyone told me my thermostat would change and I really was dreading it, I don't want to be one of those who stays cold all the time! But so far it's just been minor changes. Like today, this 90º feels pretty good. I've been out walking and Sophie and I sat out and soaked up some VitD for a while without breaking out in a sweat. Now THAT kind of change I can enjoy!
Our big 2 week dive trip starts in only 33 days. I have SO much to do! Mainly taking up clothes to take with me. I have tons of tank tops that I can take up on the serger, they'll actually be better than before because they'll fit plus be long like I like them to weat over my suit. I have a few things I want to do some embroidery on, we both need new towel wraps, and the do rag business is starting the busy season so I've been busy with that and it will only get worse. That 33 days is gonna go FAST!
