lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee
Atkins shake
chef salad for lunch
Baked tilapia and sauteed spinach for dinner

Good morning!!!  I think we should have called this month MANIC May!!!  This month is going to be a crazy one!!!  Started training this weekend for White Rock... OMG!!!  Much harder to train outside then on the treadmill!

I am here - not happy.  did so very well last week and lost like 5 pounds and it's all back plus more.  I HATE IT.  

So back on the wagon - need to not have weekends I guess.  Need a month of behaving EVERY damn day, then maybe it will stick a bit.

Karla, gotta say that I have always admired the idea of the accountability thread, however I rarely have any idea exactly what I am going to eat on a day. I need to change this considering my 'tool' is not keeping me 100% contained in small amounts of eating. So due to your's and Gina's encouragement I'm going to start actually planning the day. Let's see how long this lasts.

B Small piece Cold Ham and Swiss quiche made last night (much better cold then last night's fresh)

S 2 oz Hillshire Farm Pastrami slices

L Little larger piece Cold quiche

S Grilled vegatables (omg my new hidden love even though no protein value)

D Hot multigrain cereal with 26 g protein powder for a total of 36 g protein to equal out the day

3 30oz cups of CL Peach tea

Okay..eating lunch..finally slowing down long enough to post....

D: Goulash with lots of meat and a lil bit whole wheat pasta

Got minimum water in-the rest is "freebies"..vitamin baggie almost empty..Went to Fit 30 boot camp this morning-today was "cardio and abs"..somewhere under this fat and skin I MUST have some abs, cuz it is SORE in there!!!

I always have typical Slug Mondays.... Here it is 4 o:clock and I'm just now getting functional for the day! I am so sore today, feel like I've been beaten with a stick...a BIG one. We spent most of yesterday at the lake, I got in 3 dives...woohoo! But all that walking in full gear back and forth to the dock, really took it's toll on my knees and hip, 'specially my hip. I could hardly bend over to get my drawers on this morning! So my breakfast included a couple of Rapid Release Tylenol!

Pre-B....chai tea
B....cottage cheese, todays SF syrup was Cookie Dough
L....HEB LS meatballs, Ragu sauce and LF Provolone cheese
S....more Tylenol and Fage cheesecake yogurt
D....Not sure, Beast is grilling chicken this evening so chicken something.
LNS....chai tea

I have aqua therapy tomorrow at PT.Sure hope that works out the kinks from yesterday! Dammit...I hate this old lady crap!
