here we go:

B = 3 oz 2% cottage cheese with Pace salsa- coffee... (can't wait for my Click order to arrive)

L = hamburger patty sandwich with 7 grain wheat bread - + turles (I know- should have brought something with the burger)  At least I am posting this... the guilt of admitting it i****ting me..  I guess that is what accountability is all about

S = WC Oatmeal

D = TILAPIA with some frozen veggie medley

Posting once is already pointing out the need to plan/prepare/pack a proper lunch for work
Bp pills, allergy meds, multi vitamin
ugh... no water yet..
