Karla, gotta say that I have always admired the idea of the accountability thread, however I rarely have any idea exactly what I am going to eat on a day. I need to change this considering my 'tool' is not keeping me 100% contained in small amounts of eating. So due to your's and Gina's encouragement I'm going to start actually planning the day. Let's see how long this lasts.
B Small piece Cold Ham and Swiss quiche made last night (much better cold then last night's fresh)
S 2 oz Hillshire Farm Pastrami slices
L Little larger piece Cold quiche
S Grilled vegatables (omg my new hidden love even though no protein value)
D Hot multigrain cereal with 26 g protein powder for a total of 36 g protein to equal out the day
3 30oz cups of CL Peach tea
Okay..eating lunch..finally slowing down long enough to post....

Got minimum water in-the rest is "freebies"..vitamin baggie almost empty..Went to Fit 30 boot camp this morning-today was "cardio and abs"..somewhere under this fat and skin I MUST have some abs, cuz it is SORE in there!!!
