My plan:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee
Atkins shake
Mexican casserole w/ gr.chuck for lunch  & grilled jalapenos
chicken chowder for dinner

My MAIN plan is to go shopping for PLANNED eating this coming week. I'm going in to work for a few hours later-hopefully that will make the work week less stressful..yes right..I'm such a dreamer..lol...So far, my plam for today:

L: Beef vegetable stew (homemade, but you know I didn't make it)

S: Celery/apple with PB

D: some kind of chicken..after I go to the store

Hi everybody!

I'm back on OH after my surgery last Monday.  I think everything went really well, got out of the hospital next morning and had a really rough first night home with nausea and pain but since then I think I'm doing great.  Been trying to walk a lot (maybe too much...) and drink a lot.  And, I have family here to help which has been great! 

My plan today:
As much liquid as I can stand

B: 1 oz. greek yogurt
3 oz. malt o meal (although I only really made it through about 1 oz.)

S:  Protein Shake

L:  1/2 c. tomato soup

S: Protein Shake

D: 1/2 c. cream of chicken soup

And, the big thing I need to focus on is more naps.  I've been cutting them short and I'm starting to feel it.

Good morning.... not only to do I need to post my plan I need to STICK to it!!!!  ERG............. I also really need to get back into the gym... my allergies are better so it's time!

Plan: ( It's too low in calories so I will be adding a snack or something in... should end up around 1000cal)
