WOOOOHOOOO for Friday!  I'm bound and determined to make it a good day in spite of myself.... I left my belt at home and my shirt's too short and too tight... ugh.... I'm trying to let it go... really I am......  sometimes there are draw backs to getting dressed after hitting the gym...... you gotta wear what you picked out the night before and now it's buggin' ya.... sigh....

Prayers are going up for all that need them!

GOOD MORNING! Thanks Karen for getting us started. We had the same timing this morning in starting the train so I deleted mine and jumped on your train.

Chris had a soccer game last night and they won 6-0. It was very windy. Plans for the weekend-none really to speak of. My sister and I are going to take the kids pictures in a field of Indian paintbrushes for my mom for mother's day. That is if it doesn't rain all weekend. We were supposed to do it last week but it rained Saturday and at the Rangers game Sunday.

Up way too early for me!  Have been cleaning up storm damage on ranch, still have lots more to do, but making run to Tyler today.  Car needs oil change, free compliments of Toytoa recall, and I need a Starbucks fix!  

Good morning!  I'm glad it's Friday.  I have folders to process at work all day.  Taking the dog to the groomer this morning.  I hope we get a little more rain,but don't want it to pour all weekend.  I really needed to mow the yard this weekend, but can't do it if it's wet!

Morning everyone,

My last day off for recovery, I should be going back to work on Monday, and I go in for my two week follow-up today.  I have actually been able to increase my protien, still working on liquids, and trying to figure out something easy and light for the bf and I to have tonight for dinner, since I am off the liquid phase.  I am figuring something with chicken, unless I can find a bypass friendly mexican casserole.  Funny I will be able to eat ground beef, just hope I can tolerate it.  But going back to work will be good, put me on a more steady schedule.

Morning all!  Am up-can you believe I actually slept until 6:30?? Wow! Sis and I are sitting around hooked up to Caffeine IVs, we both are whooped from our trips! Hoping that the coffee will do the trick! Gonna start in on the "hard" part of the sewing room and then work on the Kitchen. I do have a lot done, but you can't tell cuz the boxes are... See More EVERYWHERE, looks like there is no method to the madness. Are supposed to have HEAVY rain for the weekend, so in that case won't want to get out to play, so we'll stay in and pack!

Hope to hear from the interview today or Monday and will post as soon as I do. Am praying for GOOD news!

Is time to go for another cuppa, I need serious caffeine today just to get functioning!

WooHoo...it's Friday!!! Thought it would never get here! Got my suitcase in the trunk and heading to Austin for some much needed R&R as soon as we get off today! Gonna see 2 lovely OH ladies and have some fun!

Got to see my newest grandbaby's first ultrasound picture last night. My son texted me that they saw 2 heartbeats, then texted SIKE! I told his GF it looks like I'm having a GrandGummy! LOL She said it looked more like a Goldfish cracker to her! LOL She's just now 8 weeks, so we've got a ways to go. Another December baby if they let her go that long. She has Intercranial Hypertension and they had to take her off her meds because of the risk it posed to the baby. They said if she has fluid starting to build up she will have to go back on the meds no matter what.

If anyone knows anyone that likes to play golf, could you pass along about the benefit golf tournament for Baby Jason? It is on May 22nd . the link to tell more about it is http://babyjasonb.blogspot.com/ Jason is not able to work and taking care of Baby J's medical needs is taking a toll on his family's financial situation. I hope they have a great turnout! Thanks for your continued prayers for this baby.
