The NIGH****CHMAN - 4/28 - Wednesday
Thank you all for the prayers for Bob's family. I have to decide about going to the viewing on Thursday night, the mass on Friday and the burial on Monday. Think I will just go to the mass on Friday morning. Or maybe just the burial. They are both during the day.
Not much else going on.
Just a reminder, you need to TAKE YOUR VITAMINS AND SUPPLEMENTS and make sure you get your daily allotment of PROTEIN.
If you are new to the board, this link explains what the NIGHT WATCHMAN is (if you are interested). Otherwise, just read on, you will probably figure it out anyway.

George,
I am sorry to hear about Bob. I guess it is good to know that he is no longer suffering. I will continue to keep his family in my prayers.
On a good note.... I went to my follow up appointment with my surgeon yesterday. When he did my reversal, he told me not to go over 150lbs. I am not comfortable at that weight. I am comfortable between 160-170. I weighed in at 158. I was waiting for him to gripe at me. He DIDN'T!!! He told me that 160 was fine, just don't go over it.
He told me that he thought things were going good. SEVERAL people in the office told me how nice I looked. That never gets old. It felt good. I was so unhealthy before. I feel so much better both mentally and physically.
