protein coffee
click drink this afternoon
bagel thin w/ lt.cream cheese and ham
pulled pork meat and some beans for lunch
baked flounder or tilapia for dinner w/ veggies

Good morning!!  Wow... I can't believe April is almost over!!!  Either name for May works for me.  Been "TAKS" eating for the past few days now it's time to get back on track.  Not going to get on the scale for a few days as I don't want to see the damage!!!!

Click is a mocha or vanilla espresso protein powder... very yummy!!!!  120 cal 15g protein

Click is my current fave protein. I get it online thru either amzon.com or vitacost.com. I only used Unjury for years, till KARLA turned me on to Click-I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!!

I guess I need to relook at CLICK.  I have gotten samples and never even tried them.  I am putting protein into my smoothies and I bet this would be a good change.

Morning

Scale is nice to me but I have actually put all the junk away for the week.  I think this is even harder than just 'regular' maintenance so to speak.  it's a good guideline ( The Alton Brown way).  So today it's

fruit smoothie with mootopia, yogurt, protein powder and peaches
lunch is left over pork chop with some brown rice and carrots to munch
not sure about dinner yet. that could be dangerous
snacks are almonds and apples - need some cheese sticks.

liquids are minimized due to being in class all day and limited tee tee breaks! lol

I have lived off of Bites Licks and Tastes for the past few days. Nothing tasted good and there was too much to do to put any effort or time into preparing something for myself. I didn't eat a bunch of crap, but I wasn't healthy either. TodayI'll have to clean out the fridge, take an inventory and set up my plan. I have no idea whats left...I'll start here...

I like Marvelous May! Plan today is liquids and soft food. Lost 4lbs overnight si I am going to take it easy on my digestive system!

I like "Move Your Ass May"...just gotta be different ya know....

Killer day today..never had a chance to post..or eat much either...but want o be ACCOUNTABLE, so her I am!!!

B: Click-the mocha-have no desire to try the vanilla

S: vanilla yogurt with whey protein powder mixed in

L: had a darn headache-just couldn't bear thought of food-left lunch in fridge tomorrow-so had another Click-drank that one warm

D: top of 2 tostados-mostly beans and cheese-head still kinda funky

DID get all water and vits in today-lucklily had them in before the headache struck-Had my exercise in before work
