I was wondering if anyone has a ab rocket and what you think about it.    I was thinking about maybe getting one to help with my midsection.    If you have it .....does it work???   Thanks

I have been very interested in it.  How was the impact on your lower back?  I have to be really, really careful as I have a weak lower back and if not careful can cause myself pain.  It hurts this morning because i bent over and rotated a pot of flowers yesterday.  I guess I once again did something wrong.  But if it is not hard on the back, I think I will buy one.

Mine is an Ab lounger.  Not sure what a roket is...

It is awesome.  I feel the burn of the muscles after just a few reps and it is amazing how there is more than one exercise for the silly thing.

Be very careful not to use your neck and shoulders duing the workout.  It is meant to use the abs and you will end up with sore shoulders and a stiff neck if you do it wrong.

I wish I could adjust the tension on my ab lounger.  It only has one setting for resestinance.  I am also wondering what happens when I get to the level that it becomes too easy but so far that is not a problem!!!

Que....I tried the Ab Lounger at a garage sale a month or so ago and felt nothing by doing lots of reps on it.    The Ab Rocket is sold at Target and I was watching a commercial on TV for it and it supports the neck and back and has rollers that massage the neck and back when you do exercises on it.   It says it helps you do to  crunches and exercises.    Some of the exercises I do that have problems holding my body in that position the person was doing on it.   That got me to thinking about buying one.   But don't want to spend the $$$$ if it doesn't work.   Thanks for you input.   Good luck with your Ab Lounger.
