My plan:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee
Bagel thin w/ lf cream cheese and ham
pulled pork and a few chips for lunch,maybe a few bites of dessert
baked tilapia for dinner

Whew..whirlwind morning..finally getting around to posting while I'm eating lunch..:

L: Chicken breast, cauliflower, chick pea salad

S: SBX Skinny Vanilla Latte-gonna meet up with ConnieB and Tracey later

D: Turkey roll up with cheese and veggies, SF pudding

Have my "required water" in-the rest is freebie..vitamin baggie about half empty now

I am here.  Seem to be doing okay with the eating BETTER.  Scale is being nice but not nice enough yet!  Today my plan is - well, too late to plan, I am eating -

smoothie with mootopia, greek yogurt, peaches, protein powder
sandwich thin with grilled chicken breast, tomato, avocado, black olive, cheese and mustard

apple and almonds for snacks.

dinner will be attempting pork chops.  I don't do so well with them, but I do love them.

Hey Karla....you always start off with a plan for at least 100oz of water. Do you ever make i****er is my biggest problem...well, besides exercise!

Todays eats....
Pre-B...protein Chai Tea
B....Cottage cheese w/ German Chocolate cake SF syrup
L....3oz grilled chicken in 1/2 cup pinto beans. (The pintos are almost gone, gonna have to put on another big pot this week. Sure glad they are considered 'good' carbs!)
S....Fage chocolate dream
D....Tilapia w/broccoli slaw
LNS....Protein Chai Tea
