My plan:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee
Bagel thin w/ lf cream cheese and ham
pulled pork and a few chips for lunch,maybe a few bites of dessert
baked tilapia for dinner

smoothie with mootopia, greek yogurt, peaches, protein powder
sandwich thin with grilled chicken breast, tomato, avocado, black olive, cheese and mustard
apple and almonds for snacks.
dinner will be attempting pork chops. I don't do so well with them, but I do love them.
