Here we are at the last Sunday in April...it's hard to believe May will be here in less than a week now.  How is your April going?

I'm still maintaining, which I figure is better than gaining!

My plan for today:

lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee almost downed
Atkins shake
Hot dog for lunch at church picnic...choice is hmbg or hot dog
Chicken w/ veggies for dinner in crockpot

My excersise will be putting out chairs, moving stuff around and being on my feet all day wrestling people into climbing harnesses.

What's your plan?

Karla

i'm here and struggling.  what else is news, right.

Having tummy issues with just always feeling 'sluggish' and 'full', so to speak. So I am going to taking something stronger and hope for the best.

Weight is always an issue with me. I know I whine too much but I just can not let it get out of control.  Over three years out is tough.  I don't want to obsess but I also don't want to completely let go, ya know.

So IF anyone is still with me... I have been looking a bit at how Alton Brown got healthy and lost 50 pounds.  He didn't have a real 'diet', but he stuck to four food groups.  I am mainly going to change what I am eating, even though I seem to think it's right.  He has a Buff smoothie that I will try for breakfasts.  He makes it with soy milk and fruit and juice.  I will use Mootopia and some greek yogurt and frozen fruit and NO Banana, like he uses.

He also eats sardines every day (eww?) and no beef but once a week.  Wait.. let me just copy.. it's easier..
