Manic Monday WLS Express!!

Sorry you're not sleeping. Hydrocodone makes me hyper, as Liz said. There's no way I could take it at night. I've been through so many sleep studies its not funny. Like Liz 1-2 of them I couldn't get to sleep long enough for them to have data. I take trasidone now.
I hope they find something for you.

The first sleep study i had prior to me having surgery...the guy came in after the night and asked how i slept because I was up and down 3 times a night.  I said, oh i slept good.  He looked at me like he didn't believe me.  I said as long as i wake up at least once or twice, i feel like I get a good nights rest.  He tells me, that doesn't make sense.  I said, sorry but it makes sense to me.

WOOOOOHOOOOO for Mondays!  Well, I can say that because I got some sleep... Ms Liz if you don't get some sleep soon, we're gonna hafta get some one to knock you out so that you can get some rest at least.... lol 
I spent some time with Kgirl on Saturday night and some great snuggle time with Beccaboo on Sunday!  It made for a great relaxing weekend, now back to the weekday rut... LOL

Prayers are going up for all that need them!

It was good to see everyone at RNS. We missed you Gina-how are you doing? How's the knee? We got to see Ms Loralea - our traveling gal. And we got to try some protein that tasted like protein! Its called Amaranth. Thanks Chris for that!

My tooth is still really bothering me. I left to go to a training for 3 days tomorrow so I am going to try to get in today. I don't know what would cause it to still be hurting. I've had a few root canals in my time and none have hurt like this. Hoping he'll have an afternoon appointment so I can get some work done today.

Good luck to all TAKS takers that are having TAKS this week. Schools do it at different times, but Chris is taking his this week-tomorrow and Wednesday. I'll be gone unfortunately. Bryan is on call to come get him if he has to stay late for testing. He stayed late for math last year.

As of bedtime last night, Don was still in the 'dark'.  Maybe today will be his lucky day!!!  I sure do hope so.  Nothing like bringing you back to reality until you lose one of those modern conveniences...like electricity!!!

Good morning.  Off to another day of paperwork at the office.  Hopefully it will be a nice, quite week at work with TAKS testing Tuesday through Friday on my campus.

I am leaving work a little early today to go to Conroe to have dinner with someone...can't wait!

KARLA..I'll admit--I'm JEALOUS!!!--of BOTH of you!!

I'm up, sort of awake, but at least I did sleep for a few hours last night.  It seems like 5-6 hours is my norm lately.  Liz I don't know what I would do if I was sleeping like you, don't know how you do it and keep functioning.  Is going to be a crazy week. I have lots to do between now and Tuesday evening. Am doing a quick flight over to Htown for an interview Wednesday afternoon, spend the night with my BFF from HS and then back to HSV Thursday. My flt gets in 2 hours before my sister's (who's coming in from OR to help me pack) does, I hope there are no delays in ATL. I can't wait to get out of here and finally get my life back on track, this living in limbo is making me crazier than usual! Like I need any help, right?? Things HAVE to get back to normal (or as normal as things get for me) soon.  

We had crazy weather here in AL over the weekend, TG HSV skimmed by safely with the worst going south and west of us. It's terribly windy and it's a chilly one...thought that this was supposed to have been a warm front?!?!? I need coffee and I need it BADLY!!!  So am heading for the kitchen and the coffeemaker! Hope everyone has a great week---sending out prayers to those who need them!!

Morning all! I slept crappy too. I think there is a connection between Excedrin PM and that. I go to sleep fine and sleep about 4 hours (I know that is a lot for you insomniacs, but not for me!) then I wake up and my mind starts racing with everything from TV shows, to music to math problems!! Can't seem to shut it down. Then I just doze very lightly the rest of the night. Guess it's back to Seroquel for me!

Not much this weekend, vegged out around the house, babysat the jumpy boy Sat. night while my daughter and my Mom went to see WIllie Nelson! That baby wears me out and I don't see how my Mom does it every single day! Whew!!!  Granny!! LOL

Good morning All!  Well I woke up at 4:30 so I'm sure I'll be taking a nap later.  The last few nights I've been waking up earlier and earlier.  Yes I know, get used to it   Had a great weekend, very busy but also very productive.  Yesterday we went to a marriage seminar and got some good information.  I also talked to the speaker and he's worked with Asperger adults before and couple's with an Asperger adult, so we might go talk to him some.  I got some more organizing stuff for the apartment yesterday and have decided I'm done buying for a while.  Now I've just got to get creative with what I have and get the rest of the stuff put away.  Hopefully tonight we'll move a bunch of stuff to our storage closet and things will look even more like a home.

I got an offer from a china place for the china that I want to sell, unfortunately they will only give me $60 and I have to pay for UPS shipping.  Somehow I think that wouldn't make much sense.  I'm going to hang on to it and keep checking around to see if there is someplace local that will buy it eventually.  I'm afraid this week is going to drag by because I can't wait till the weekend gets here.  We are meeting my parents in New Braunfels and I'm so looking forward to seeing them.  

Of to hit the grindstone now.  I hope everyone has a fantastic day!
