My plan:
lots of liquids
protein coffee
Atkins shake
Maybe SBUX or McDonalds SF iced coffee
leftover chicken and veggies for lunch
? for dinner

I do better with my weekend grind than i do with my weekend work "eating out of the bag". I cooked/bought last yesterday, for most of the week-got a few new things to try to get out of my foot rut-I LIKE my rut, but would like to shake up that B in the box on the floor.

S: Protein pudding or shake

Fror exercise, it's back to boot camp-my 5th week!

Good morning!! My plan for today

Lots of water..

Breakfast burrito

Grilled chicken Breast w/rice and fruit

Jr Roast beef sandwich.


Wheat thins for snack.

here's what I got in my bag. 

Smoothie with mootopia, greek yogurt and frozen fruit - need to tweak that

lunch is chicken breast, tomato, black olive, carrot, cheese on spinach and baby greens and some avocado

snack is apple and almonds

dinner is some more chicken with a small sweet potato
