Something Special In Everyone

Take a minute.  What makes you a good person?  What makes you special?  What are you good at? Look deep within yourself... There is SOMETHING good about everyone.  If you are struggling with this issue, make an effort to do this.  Start with something simple, like you are a good listener or you have the ability to keep trying.  The more you work at it, the more things you will find.  Have a good Friday.

You are so very correct we are all special in our on way. We just need to sit back and reflect and like said make a list. Everyone would be amazed how quickly that list will grow.

We are all special for taking the journey to lose weight and improve our health.

We are all special because help one another to meet and exceed our goals.

We are all special because we are friends.

We are special because some of us are fathers or mothers and try to guide sons and daughters through life.

We are all special because we are sons and daughters and have learned a lot from our parents. Some of us take care of parents just like they took care of us.

We are all special because we all capable of love, compassion, and kindness.

We can listen and learn which truly makes us special.

It not hard to find a reason why you are special just take a little time for yourself and reflect on it.
