Back to the weekend again...our last one in April.  It's hard to believe it will be over in a week.

My plan for today:
lots of liquids
protein coffee
Atkins shake
frozen entree for lunch with protein
beef fajitas for dinner

Good morning!  So glad it's Friday... hubby and I are going out to see a play tonight so I'm not sure if we are eating out or not but I went ahead and included dinner on my plan.
