it's been a long time and my Meggie seems to keep this going for me, but I thought we might all need it ..

I came up with SMETs. That means So Much Easier To - post WLS... I bet we could get 100 different ones.. So I will let someone else start and add mine later.

Pick you a dropped item
Walk and breathe
Paint your toe nails
Tie your shoes
Sit in a booth
Drive a car
Go places and not be the largest person in the room
Fit in a toilet stall
Fit in a bathtub
Find cute clothes that don't look like your Grandmothers hand me downs

To be able to climb a flight of stairs

To be able to dance

Sitting without having to adjust the rolls on my stomach because they are all competing for space

Walking with my 3 gorgeous daughters without feeling like people are wondering "surely SHE'S not their mother!"

Walking into public places and not feeling so inferior when a thin woman walks by
