UGHHH the stubborn 180's
Hey ya'll,
I swear I hit 199.8 on March 19th and was 189.2 on April 14th. WOW 10 lbs in less than one month..
The "hag" as Mari so affectionately calls her scale, let me see 188 for one brief moment...
Now I am at 189 and it wont move no matter what I do..
I guess the speed at which the 190's left me just thrilled and spoiled me all at the same time...
I know its only been a little over a week, but MAN it felt good to lose that 10 lbs that fast.....
OH OH OH, I also bought 2 pair of scrubs in a size XL, top and bottom....yeehaw!!!
but they are snug, I'm ready to loose more so i don't fear bending over...ripppp
I have been in orientation for 2 weeks, tonight and tomorrow night i work on my actual unit..very exciting. Maybe after doing some hard work the Hag will cooperate..

I know you may not think so but you've done great!!! But I also know that impatient feeling. I had *one* of those quickies....lost 12lbs in one week when I upped my calories, then 1lb a week for the next month! But you know it'll all catch up and you'll be stompin on that goal in no time!

I've been in orientation, so ive skipped breakfast cause when i eat i gotta poop...
Ive been taking a lunch most days, but if i forget i grab a dealie of crackers.
then when i get home from work its run and grab cause we got ball games or practice everyday...except Wednesday and im now loving Wednesdays
I am actually doing better on the water...but its still not good enough in most cases.
I will try to do better and up my cals....when i was staying home i grazed all day, but i lost wt. most days too.
Weird stuff is happening to me...ive had 2 visits from Aunt Flo this month, 12 days apart...not fun.
ETA: ahahahaha i just seen that "dont bend over"...i'll surely try not to...

I love me some undies and they are so cute and funny in the small sizes! I kept one pair of my size15 bloomers and every now and then I get them out and compare to remind me how far I have come!! BTW, commando only with Levis 501...now that I think about it I should go buy me a apir!!

I didn't hit the 180's until month 5. Then I hit the 170's and stayed there TWO months after losing about 10 pounds a month since surgery. Then I stayed in the 160's for THREE months ..... then FOUR months in the 150s' (seeing a pattern here?) and then :::drum roll please::: I hit the 140's and have been there for the past 8 months. I never really hit a big stall - my weight loss just slowed way down. Don't forget to take you measurements once a week in case you are stalled because you are probably losing inches even if the scale is being a b*tch.
