Hope everyone has a plan for today...it will help you be accountable and successful!

My plan for today:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee being downed
Atkins shake
Red beans, brisket and rice for lunch
tilapia for dinner, maybe some spinach
McDonald's sf iced coffee this afternoon

Good morning!!!  Lunch is packed and day is planned!!  I don't always stay on track but at least I have a plan and do pretty well most days. (Added some SF English Toffee Davinci to my click this morning.....yum yum)

Girl!  Man-o-man, sounds good.  We were thinking alike on the cauliflower today. :)

Is the mahi your own recipe or something online? I'd love to try it and have the fish and the nuts in the freezer now.

I wish I had the time to actually make my own..... however I buy all my fish at Sams and Costco already done so I just stick it in the oven when I get home.

Went and worked out at my new gym last night. It's like having a new toy. Endorphines were pumping and I had a blast.  Committed myself to a 1 hour workout combo of cardio and weights and then rewarded myself with 10 minutes in the hot dry sauna.  I felt like brand new.

Here is the plan for today -

COFFEE done :)
egg w/salsa done
pro comlpex shake w/flax done
chicken salad lettuce wraps
greek yogurt, berries, almond shavings
pasta sauce bubbly (meat sauce w/ricotta and mozz, but no pasta) over well cooked cauliflower
edge rtd (after gym, closed kitchen-no prep)

30 min walk during lunch break w/dogs to soak up vit d before more rain
615pm spin class

morn vits done
eve vits

Karla, is that McD's coffee sugar free?  I'd love to try it sometime, but been afraid. I'm very sensitive.

I really need to get back on track.

For today I have:

2 boiled eggs and 3 slices (very thin) microwave bacon
chicken salad made with my leftover chicken from yesterday
1 thin sandwich round

Don't know what I'll have for dinner - if my ground beef is thawed out I'll probably make meatloaf. I have some individual frozen veggies so I can have cauliflower and peas with that.

I want to buy some grapefruit. I don't know why I never think of getting some, as I love it and used to eat it a lot when I was a kid.

AAARRRGGHHHH....I'm out of cottage cheese! I thought I had another container but it was leftover chili...I have GOT to start marking those containers! So I rummaged around and ended up with....

Pre-B...chai tea
B....sandwich thins spread with cream cheese
L....spaghetti squash, sauce and cheese
S....beef jerky and almonds?
D....probably SW chicken
LNS....chai tea

I had a great dinner last night. Beast came home from work steak hungry but didn't want to grill one so we went to Outback Steakhouse. He got his sirloin and I got 1/2lb of snowcrab legs. Once I got the meat out, added to a small piece of his steak, I had a fantastic all protein dinner! It was just the perfect portion, too. I left there very satisfied but not stuffed.
