Accountable April Wednesday
My plan:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee already downed
Atkins shake later
Grilled crab stuffed shrimp and navy beans for lunch (leftovers)
BBQ brisket and beans plus a dab of potato salad for dinner
Get in your exercise...rode my bike 30 minutes this morning.

dinner will be something, I'm not sure. LUCKILY I haven't been very hungry. I will make sure it is protein related
Must up the water.. I was gifted with Dana's charlie horse last night. For some reason it's the same left ankle calf and always about 10pm.

I know my lunch was kinda carb heavy but I'm really proud of myself anyway. I had my haircut this morning and when I left I was starving! One of the few times since surgery when my hunger kicked in. Of course I noticed every. single. damned. fast. food. place along the road!!! I could just taste the popcorn chicken nuggets from McD or Sonic! But I made myself come home first. I told myself if I still had a huge craving for popcorn chicken when I got home I could go get one of the small kids orders. The closer I got to home I remembered I had some popcorn chicken in the freezer! So I counted out my 7 pieces and nuked them. Then I got one of those 1oz containers and put about a teaspoonful of honey and sliced half an apple for crunch. VOILA...there was my popcorn chicken dinner! Not the best number-wise but WAY better than what it would have been from Sonic. So I'm proud I didn't cave and let my car drive thru!!!
I do the BORING cottage cheese thingie nearly every morning with some powdered calcium mixed in because it never upsets my pouchie and stays with me a few hours until my mid-morning protein snack. I am toast if I eat a carbie thingie that Kyle has whipped up for breakfast. DAMN, I am technical tonight with the "thingies" aren't I?
