My plan:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee already downed
Atkins shake later
Grilled crab stuffed shrimp and navy beans for lunch (leftovers)
BBQ brisket and beans plus a dab of potato salad for dinner

Get in your exercise...rode my bike 30 minutes this morning.

Good morning!!  Yesterday we had a taco salad staff luncheon at work... so I took my own chips and then a mixture I call nachos in a bowl with FF refried beans/shredded chicken/ff cheese/taco sauce so I wouldn't have to eat all the high cal stuff... then I just grabbed some lettuce and tomatoes from the table... saw several roll their eyes when they saw what I was eating... these are the same women that would not let me participate in the weight loss program that started a few months ago... because I had WLS.  Yeah now ask me how many of them have actually lost weight and kept it off.... ZERO!!!!

On track for a great day food wise...

B-Oatmeal
S-Banana
L-Baked fish, cucumbers w/onions & whipped fruit salad
S-something protein before workout
D-Cabbage Soup with Beef

Lost a lb overnight, so on the right track this week.   Oh, and I really hate fish!!!

i'm here. Scale is okay.  I guess

having my protein of eggs, cheese and LC english muffin

lunch is cheese canneloni frozen thing 250 calories, 11 protein, carbs about 26.  not great but ...

dinner will be something, I'm not sure. LUCKILY I haven't been very hungry.  I will make sure it is protein related

Must up the water.. I was gifted with Dana's charlie horse last night.  For some reason it's the same left ankle calf and always about 10pm.

B...Cottage cheese - I know it way boring but Gertie likes to start her days slow and easy and always the same!

D....I've already used up half my days carbs so dinner will be mostly protein, probably shrimp

I know my lunch was kinda carb heavy but I'm really proud of myself anyway. I had my haircut this morning and when I left I was starving! One of the few times since surgery when my hunger kicked in. Of course I noticed every. single. damned. fast. food. place along the road!!! I could just taste the popcorn chicken nuggets from McD or Sonic! But I made myself come home first. I told myself if I still had a huge craving for popcorn chicken when I got home I could go get one of the small kids orders. The closer I got to home I remembered I had some popcorn chicken in the freezer! So I counted out my 7 pieces and nuked them. Then I got one of those 1oz containers and put about a teaspoonful of honey and sliced half an apple for crunch. VOILA...there was my popcorn chicken dinner! Not the best number-wise but WAY better than what it would have been from Sonic. So I'm proud I didn't cave and let my car drive thru!!!

for not giving in to Sonic.  It never tastes as good as we think it will anyway..... 

I do the BORING cottage cheese thingie nearly every morning with some powdered calcium mixed in because it never upsets my pouchie and stays with me a few hours until my mid-morning protein snack.   I am toast if I eat a carbie thingie that Kyle has whipped up for breakfast.  DAMN, I am technical tonight with the "thingies" aren't I?
