59 and proud of it.
Have had a great weekend. Have not worked the full time job since Thursday, won't go bac****il tomorrow. Spent almost the entire weekend with Mary. She even came to work with me Friday. Yesterday had a wonderful dinner with my family and some of my precious friends. Today we drove up to Ikea. I had never been there.
Tonight I will actually get to sit around and watch TV with Mary.
Not much else going on. I will check back in later.

Jennifer - prayer for the sale of their house in San Antonio. They have made the move to the metroplex but still need to sell their house.
Karen the Papaya Queen asks we pray for her son and his GF and their kids. They lost the parental rights to the children, but the decision is under appeal.
Kat (Iwannabethinnow) requests prayer for her friend with breast cancer.
Kim (tennysonkw) wants prayer that she will be a better example to her children in the future, and that God will grant her strength to endure, as her and her husband go through a divorce. Also, that lonely feelings she is having pass.
Kris M. asks for prayer for Charlene, her mom and family.
Lynne R. - requests prayers for Miranda who had to put her youngest in a mental hospital.
Michelle S. - Prayers for her Unlce Paul who is apparently in the final stages of Alzheimers. He is now in the hospice area of the VA Hospital. Also pray for her father, who is Uncle Paul's only surviving sibling. He is having a tough time. Mark's grandmother is almost 101. She has congestive heart failure. And Michelle's mother has been diagnosed with cancer.
Phyllis asks for prayer for Kim Kersey, a friend of hers who has that crud that is going around....bronchitus, ear infection, etc... She is also taking care of her granddaughter this week becuase the mommy had her first bout of Kidney stone episode this week and really limited time off (new job).....
Nina - Pray for two cousins with different issues going on.
Vivian - Pray for her during the stressful time.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY GEORGE!!! OMG...you guys tackled IKEA? I absolutely HATE that store. I cannot stand that I have to go through the entire store before getting out - like a maze. I think I have been in there like TWICE in the 14 years we've lived here. I remember wanting to go and then the first time I went was unfortunately on a Saturday when they were packed beyond packed and I just wanted out of that place. It's like a horror movie - just can't go back! hehehe.....
Dr. Davis' support group is tomorrow (well, today now....). Have to miss Sarah's "zoo night" where all the kids show off their animal habitat posters. Paul is going to bring the video camera and get it all for me.
OMG...get this George...somehow, don't ask me how, V brought that math grade up to a B!!! We couldn't believe it!!! That is actually an A because she's in the AP stuff so a B in that class has a GPA value of an "A". Unbelievable!!! I told her it would be adviseable not to do that again this last six weeks if at all possible!
