Accountable April Tuesday
I am trying to set realistic goals. I haven't been spending enough time with my kids, and my son has asked me if we can go for walks. Today I have got to get my laundry done. I may go around the block once. This week, I am going to exercise with my kids... Next week will be momma time. I am going to be sore, but I have got to get back into the grove of things.

I didn't get to WW to weigh in so I got on my scales here at home that are usually 1-2lbs heavy to theirs. Even so I'm at 211 here so that's at least 2lbs down from last week. Only 12 more to get into Onderland and I have until we leave on our trip June 5. I think I'll make it!
I think the only exercise I'm going to get today is up and down out of the recliner!
I didn't get a chance to post all day, and no one will read it now, but I'm STILL going to do it ..for ME.. I'm having some trouble eating ENOUGH, to keep up with the activity levels I've been keeping lately, and my body feels it...I'm pooping out easier than usual, my muscles are cramping up, etc, etc-not enough glycogen stores. My trainer still wants me to add some more carbs-sooooooo hard to change that mindset after 8 years! So far today:
B: click-after Boot camp
S: 2 saltine crax with pb
L: BBQ chicken/veggies/brown rice-could only eat less than half than half of meal-just got too full, then got the foamies...yuck
D: working on a bean/meat burrito-eating the guts and half the tortilla
S: Shake, sometime before bed
DID get all my vitamins and water in today
