Good Morning Liz! 

Been up long??  I actually slept in 30 mins. LOL  And you know it's only 4:30 now....     I'm dragging butt because AFTER my workout my dang head is killing me, why couldn't it have started before so I could skip it???  LOL  Took some meds, praying for some relief and trying to stick to my routine, Coffee is next and that should fix me right up!  If this pounding will stop then that will make my day TERRIFIC!  LOL 

Prayers are going out for all that need them!

unfortunately, yes. Went to bed around 1130, up at 1. An hour and half is enough sleep right? lol.  I fought a sinus headache all day yesterday, then got home and the lawn guy was here lol. That really helped. Im better today tho.. all the funky weather we had over the weekend didnt help.. Hope yours gets better!!! Glad you got an extra 30 minutes of rest lol. I kept thinking.. ok where are Karen and Alissa? Oh well im gonna go ahead and get it cranked up!

GOOD MORNING! I have this small window of time to post-sometimes I start the train, sometimes I miss the window because I can't wake up. So then I think oh, I'll get back on later and post and then I end up forgetting. Crazy, I know, but then again so am I! When I start the train I get everyone's responses via email so I do read them of course. I meant to get on yesterday but yesterday was crazy busy. I sooo didn't want to wake up!

I went to the passport office to get my passport with my new last name on it. I've been carrying around the stuff for it for a week now and finally had time yesterday. Work has been keeping me busy. I am supervising a masters level intern so that takes alot of my time.

Soccer season is going well for Chris. We soaked in the rain watching him Sat but he didn't complain-he got out there and played. I suppose there is something to be said for indoor soccer but we can't afford Blue Sky's prices so we'll just take our chances in the great outdoors. Plus they are a competitive group of teams and we prefer recreational. This week the game is at 9:30 so Bryan will go to RNS and I'll miss out on seeing everyone. Boo!

LIZ-where is everyone, you say??? NORMAL peeps are SLEEPING..that thing where your head is on the pilllow, your eyes are shut and you make a "zzzzzzz" sound...unlike you, me and KAREN, of course...and unfortunately...

Seems like there are never enough hours in the day, but somehow I get MOST of my stuff done-but the time I spend on OH has sure had to take a beating. Most of that is due to going to boot camp in the mornings. I bet alot of peeps-including ME-thought I would have given up and QUIT by now, but this is my FOURTH week, and I haven't missed a day yet. Obviouly I cannot do ALL the moves, but Taylor (AKA Nazi Trainer Nephew) modifies the stuff my bad knee can't do, etc-as he says "it's about HEALTH-not getting HURT". There's a lady 10 yrs older than me in my class who can easily whip my butt. She's my hero, and I remind her of that daily. She says she's really improved since I've been there to encourage her-makes me feel good, and SHE really helps ME. Anyhoo,  do try to sneak into OH during the day, as time allows, but work has been really busy, so I have to make a concertred effort not to get myself distracted TOO often.

Prayers for CHARLENE, as she and her family are with her mom, waiting to see what plans God has in store. Special prayers for our Train Man, DAVID, whose mom went to Heaven on Saturday.

It's impossible for me to believe that I did not know ANY of you 8 years ago, and now you are my family. I've been trying to think of things I might want to share on Thursday, which will be my 8th surgiversary, and y'all DEFINENTLY rank NUMBER ONE.

ohhhhhhhhhhhh ya SLEEPING! I keep forgetting other people do that lol.  Girl im sooo proud of you for keeping up the boot camp! I dont think *I* could have kept going like you!!!! WOW!!!!! and this is your FOURTH week! Im way impressed! Love you!!!
 

I am so glad that you are driving this train today.

Today is my first day back to work from my extended weekend.  Yes, we have lots of work to get done by the end of the month (payroll tax returns) but at least I have had some R& R time.  And that does help getting me back in a proper frame of mind.

Today is a new day and the best thing is that it will be relatively stress-free compared to last week.
