Nothing like cooking long grain brown rice at 5am...I need some for lunches all week, and didn't do my usual "Sunday night prep thing"..sooooo....I COULD have blown it off..and I COULD gain 70 pounds AGAIN....

B: Click..drink on way to work after Fit 30 boot camp
L: BBQ chicken/broccoli/carrots/brown rice
S: Celery with 2 tsp PB
D: Cottage cheese/pears
S: Shake

At GOAL and BMI is healthy!!
I did good this weekend. Didn't have a plan but really concentrated on the rules......no drinking 30 min before the meal(s) and/or during the meals which has KILLED me in the past year....or so..........and only doing PROTEIN, PROTEIN< PROTEIN first !! Dropping SOME of the green tea and working on the water - trying to get use to Crystal light again..........(like their citrus flavor) With that - I have leftover sirloin so.............here goes my plan:
Today:
Lots of Fluids..........gonna aim for 70oz +........
B - scrambled eggs w/ cut up pieces of left over sirloin and velveeta cheese..(like an omlet)
S - I have apples& Carmel ( I don't do this one much).....because of the sugars.... and cucumbers(w/ ranch) with me.........so whatever I feel like..........
Lunch: left over egg mixture? or the 1% cottage cheese and peaches....(no sugar added)
Or Turkey & Cheese rollups.............. I put the ingrediants together and figured each roll-up constisted of: 180 Cal........10 G proteim and 1 carb - no sugar.....
Sn: - um............apples with carmel (the 100 cal ones) - premeasured.........maybe !!
Dinner: Leftovers..........of whatever I don't eat earlier...........???
My lunch bag is packed with EVERYTHING above..........so..........as long as I stay in the "bag" - I'm good...........................RIGHT ?

Lots of water on the plan for today.. Already got my morning vits downed and so far thats about all i got as far as a plan for today lol.
Oh i forgot! at some point i will have one of those Believe Vanilla creme Brulee RTD things

The Believe Vanilla Creme Brulee is the one bariatriceating has right? Do you like them, I want to get some RTD shakes so I'll get them in.....I miss my Achieve Ones (those new ones are nasty). I did like the Oh Yeah ones maybe I'll go that route again.

Today isn't the best day because I didn't plan well but I will make the best choices I can.
Breakfast: breakfast burrito (mostly the guts but I did eat a little of the tortilla)
Lunch: Chicken Salad with crackers and dill pickle
Dinner: brisket and potatoes, okra and stewed tomatoes
I'll throw something protein rich in there somewhere. I need to get back to my shakes I'm sure my protein level won't be good at my labs soon.
