One more day left in this weekend.  I ate a few things I shouldn't have.  Technically I stuck to my plan with a few added things like Kettle Corn at trade days...bad, bad Karla!

Today's plan:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee being downed
Atkins shake
some kind of protien for lunch...haven't picked yet
steak, salad for dinner

Good morning!  I didn't have much of a plan yesterday and I paid for that... too much grazing on bad things!  So my plan for today....

B: Click
L:  shrimp/veggies left over from dinner last night
D: grilled fish
Snacks: SF Popsicle, believe RTD

Going to go planless today and not limit my eating so maybe my weight will stay up! I am on the border of my "do not go there zone". So just going to eat what I can today. Craving fruit like crazy!!
