Back Home!
Hi,
I'm back home from my face,neck and arm lft, and a little sore.
Do yourself a favor and make sure you have someone on hand to be your "nurse, errand boy, shopper, and lifter. It's the hardest thing not to do things that have piled up while you were gone but in this case, this is what friends and family are for, You will need them. Get You rest!!!
My arms have been very sore as all Dr. S had were ace bandage and they are the worst, I finally ordered some compression sleeves from www.makemeheel.com . And I think they will work well. I checked out on line while in Mexico, but waited till I could call them and discuss what I was looking for with a person.
Overall, that is the only thing that I had issue with in Monterrey,
Dr Sauceda., his staff, Jaime, the Hampton Inn and it's location, their staff, and the Hospital,were Ideal!!!!!
The only thing I wish I had done is brought a laptop with that device that lets you call home, and brought some dvds to watch. everything else was great.
As a true recomendation I can't wait to heal, save more money and get back down there to finish my PS.( still need breast reduction and lft, LBL and inner thigh lft) and while I'm there I hope to get perment veneers for my teeth) hopefully late this year.

I was just thinking about you and hopeing you were OK since we hadn't heard anything. I heard that the arms were a pretty tough surgery. I heard that the worse was the inner thigh lift. Glad everything went as you were expecting. Praying you will heal without any problems and looking forward to seeing the "new you", Take care and get lots of rest and listen to your body.
